Ram Trucks has partnered up with Stellantis’ Direct Connection division to produce an official power boost kit for all pickups from the recently announced Ram 1500 Rumble Bee lineup. Parting with $11,000 gets you between 125 and 237 extra horsepower depending on your engine.
To be specific, the 6.2-liter V8 Hellcat flagship goes up from 788 PS (777 hp / 580 kW) to 912 PS (900 hp / 671 kW). The intermediate 6.4-liter V8 spec gets tuned from 477 PS (470 hp / 351 kW) to 710 PS (700 hp / 522 kW), and the entry-level 5.7-liter Hemi V8 can be persuaded to part with 608 PS (600 hp / 447 kW) instead of its usual 406 PS (400 hp / 299 kW).
In addition to the supercharger package, the 1500 Rumble Bee gains access to Magnaflow performance exhausts, Ridetech suspension with 24-way adjustable dampers, and lowering springs that can be used to drop the ride height by up to 76 mm (3 inches) at the rear end and 25 mm (1 inch) at the front end. Note that the Hellcat truck is not compatible with these springs.
