Novelties
Honda’s premium vehicle brand has posted images of an upcoming crossover called the ADX. It is shaping up as the most affordable Acura model so far, and may debut at the Los-Angeles Auto Show later this fall (TBC).
The only photo of the exterior shows the rear end with Acura’s recognizable light signatures and a new spoiler. The other images show seats draped in multicolored perforated leather, an impressively large panoramic glass roof, and a premium audio system from Bang&Olufsen.
The automaker mentioned before that the ADX will utilize a turbocharged engine, but hasn’t provided any new details yet. We suppose it could be the Honda CR-V’s mill rated at 190 PS (187 hp / 140 kW), although it could also be the Integra’s unit with 200 PS (197 hp / 147 kW).
Once out and about, the crossover will compete against similarly priced offerings of other premium brands on the North American market, including BMW, Cadillac, and Lexus.
